TIME TO TRAVEL

After filling out the short Trip Design Form, we’ll start with a good conversation to either “meet ” over the phone or at a local coffee café. Let’s learn more about your style and how you would like to see the world; your interests and the unique experiences you seek to include. We’ll chat about dream destinations, some of your favorite past trips and your needs – plus logistics like timing and price preference. Of course answering any questions or concern you have.

After you determine that we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a Custom Travel Planning agreement to sign along with a link to take your planning fee. We then start charting your adventures. Our expertise and first hand knowledge of many destinations paired with the extensive international relationships will provide you the best options. We’ll refine the custom itinerary until you are so excited you can’t wait to embark on your adventure.

All that’s left is to pack your suitcase – we’ll take care of the rest! We provide you with all your needed travel documents including a beautifully designed itinerary, packing guides and a few must haves for your perfectly curated adventure! We’ll be just a phone call or email away to provide support while you travel. You will also get access to a special app that will store all your relevant travel info – simply message us if you need anything.
