We have a simple 3-step process that begins with a conversation to know more about you and the destinations that spark excitement. From there, we build a unique trip based on your input and tailored to your specific needs.
Once you give us the okay, we’ll make the reservations and confirm the details are finalized. You’ll have access to our years of travel experience and relationships with the best and most respected travel companies in the world. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best value for your money while ensuring your travel experience provides life-long memories. We provide you access to our preferred travel partnerships, exclusive agreements, and access to pricing not available to the public. This means, we may save you money, obtain upgrades and other special privileges, and find experiences and options not readily available online or to the public!
We always work to keep you in your travel budget, and this includes our travel planning service fee. Our service fee allows us to personalize your travel experience, tap into our network and knowledge, and provide benefits that go beyond booking online. We’ll also be there to support you in case you need help while traveling should something happen. Think of a wedding planner, CPA, or other services professional – our services are transparent and provide you value-added experiences and opportunities to save money on your travel arrangements.

Whether you enjoy great food, architecture & art, active or outdoor or a mix of everything. Our custom itineraries allow you to pick and choose exactly what you want to experience on your vacation.
• Adventure Tour Packages - This is for those that want to sit back, relax and enjoy exploring a new place. vacation is meant to be worry-free, after all! You will be escorted by a professional guide throughout the duration of your trip; so you won't have to worry about a thing. Amy leads a number of private VIP trips throughout the year.
Our 3-step process begins with an initial conversation to learn about you and the destinations that spark excitement. From that point on, the amount of time it takes to plan your trip and confirm itinerary details depends on a variety of factors. How far in advance of the trip you’ve contacted us, the complexity of the itinerary, how many suppliers we are coordinating with across the globe, as well as any customize details you’d like to include make determine the time required to complete the process.
In general, it takes 7-10 business days after the initial conversation for us to complete a fully customized itinerary. After the proposal is delivered, we ask that you thoroughly review and respond as soon as you can so we can secure the itinerary details and reservations.
Yes! An idea for a friends or family adventure trip? Do you have any upcoming conference or a wellness growth retreat? We can handle the details and ensure you have access to group seating and special dining options, private tours & transfers for an enjoyable group experience.
Travel reservations are typically available in advance as follows: cruise vacations and sailing dates are typically published two years in advance. Airfare is generally offered up to 11 months prior to travel dates. In the case of hotels and tours, these types of travel elements can be typically be booked one year in advance. While we have confirmed last-minute adventures for our clients, advance notice generally provides more opportunities, early booking discounts, and greater availability and options.
Absolutely! Travel insurance is a very complex product and over 95% of our clients choose to protect their travel investment by selecting a policy that is right for them. Since each trip has different terms and conditions and every client has personal coverage needs, we provide individual travel insurance recommendations tailored to our clients. If you’re leaving the United States, then yes! Even Alaska cruise itineraries from Seattle make a stop in Canada where you’ll need a valid passport. If you need to apply for your first passport, please do so months in advance of your travel dates to accommodate the processing time. If you already have a passport, please ensure it will expire more than six months after your return home from your upcoming trip and have at least two or more blank pages. Passports that expire within six months of your travel date can be considered “expired” and your boarding of the international plane may be denied. Also, remember that children’s passports are only good for five years to double-check the expiration dates!
